SinoTransPacific Ventures, LLC is a U.S. and China based private equity firm focused on China Clean Energy Deal Flow whereby we can add value through our investments and operating management contributions. SInoTransPacific Ventures is currently located in Los Angeles, CA and plans to open an office in Beijing in February 2008.  Our approach to sourcing Chinese Clean Energy assets is to identify and target expansion stage firms that have demonstrated operational technology and strong management teams. SinoTransPacific Ventures’ general role is to:

•  1. Engineer financing structure;
•  2. Identify and secure investment partners;
•  3. Source global firms for business development, as well as M&A;
•  4. Take active board positions on all investments;
•  5. Perform operational duties and responsibilities in the joint ventures; and
•  6. Work with Chinese partners to create optimum exit mechanisms.
